๐Ÿ“Š Reports & analytics

The KPI dashboard, engagement numbers, attendee journeys and custom CSV exports.

๐Ÿ“ˆ The dashboard

๐Ÿ“ˆ Reports opens on a row of tiles โ€” the whole event at a glance:

Paid ordersCompleted purchases.
RevenueTotal collected.
Valid ticketsTickets not revoked โ€” your real headcount.
Checked inHow many have been scanned through the door.
Session joinsZoom joins recorded across the event.
Q&A questionsQuestions asked in sessions.
Booth engagementsBooth visits, downloads and chats.
Points awardedTotal across the gamification ledger.
Avg ratingMean star rating with the response count โ€” โ˜… 4.62.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip
Valid tickets versus Checked in is your no-show rate, and the most useful number you get for planning next year's catering.

๐ŸŽฅ Engagement detail

SectionWhat it tells you
Video watch statsPer-session watch percentages โ€” how far into each video people actually got. Drop-off is a better signal of session quality than a rating.
Session ratingsAverage stars per session. Your evidence for which speakers to invite back.
Recent feedback commentsThe free-text comments attendees left with their ratings. Read these properly โ€” they contain the things no number tells you.
Top sessions by attendanceWhich sessions actually filled up. Use it to size rooms and decide what to repeat.

๐Ÿงญ Attendee journeys

๐Ÿงญ Attendee journeys shows one attendee's complete timeline: pick a person and you get everything they did, in order, with an icon per event type โ€” registration, orders, check-ins and session check-ins, session joins and leaves, seat reservations, questions asked (with the text), poll and survey answers, booth visits and downloads, and every points award.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip
Two real uses. Support: someone says they can't get in or didn't receive something โ€” their journey usually shows exactly where it went wrong. Understanding: read three or four journeys end to end after the event โ€” a busy one, a quiet one, a remote one. You learn more about how your event is actually experienced than the aggregate tiles will ever tell you.

โฌ‡๏ธ Exports

โฌ‡ Registrations CSVOne click at the top of the page. Every registration including the answers to your custom registration questions โ€” the file you hand to catering, badge printers and the venue.
๐Ÿ›  Custom report builderPick a dataset and an optional date range, then โฌ‡ Download CSV.

The builder covers six datasets:

RegistrationsWho signed up, with their form answers.
Check-insDoor and session scans, with times.
Session attendanceJoins, leaves and seat reservations per session.
Exhibitor leadsEvery lead captured across all booths, with notes, ratings and the capturing rep. Exhibitors can export their own from their portal โ€” ๐Ÿ“‡ โ†’
Session feedbackEvery rating and comment.
Points ledgerEvery points award โ€” worth exporting before you award prizes.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip
The date range makes these into daily operational reports: check-ins for yesterday tells you who arrived on day one; registrations for last week tells you whether your campaign landed.

๐Ÿ“ฌ The daily digest

A digest email goes out each morning (roughly 7โ€“9am US Eastern) to that event's own organizers, for every published event in its active window โ€” from 90 days before the start to 14 days after the end. Subject line carries the headline: "๐Ÿ“ˆ Your Event โ€” 12 orders, 14 registrations, 0 check-ins".

Inside, the last 24 hours: paid orders and their value, new registrations with the running total, and check-ins โ€” plus all-time revenue and a link to the full reports.

โ„น๏ธ Note
It's sent only on days with activity, so silence means a quiet day rather than a broken job. Everyone on the event's ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Organizing team gets it, so adding a colleague there also puts them on the morning numbers.

๐Ÿ“… What to look at when

WhenLook at
During the sales periodThe digest each morning; revenue and paid orders against break-even; registrations CSV by date to see which campaign moved tickets.
During the eventChecked-in versus valid tickets each morning; session joins and top sessions to spot where the crowd actually is; Q&A volume as an engagement pulse.
Immediately afterSession ratings and every feedback comment, while they're fresh. Video watch stats for the remote audience. Export the points ledger before awarding prizes.
ReconcilingRegistrations CSV for the final headcount; leads CSV to show exhibitors their return; enter final invoices as actuals in the budget.
โš ๏ธ Heads up
Export what you need while the event is fresh. These reports are a working console, not an archive โ€” and the exports are what you'll actually want a year from now when planning the next one.
