π’ Accessing & editing your booth
Your booth portal link, what you can change, and the AI copilot that drafts a booth from your website.
π Your portal link
Exhibitors don't get accounts or passwords. The organizers email you a private link β /portal/booth/{long-token} β and that link is your access. Open it and you're in the booth portal, on any device, with nothing to remember.
π§ What's on the portal page
The heading tells you which booth you're editing and whether it's live: β live at /event/booths/your-booth in green, or β not published yet. Underneath, three counters β your running scoreboard for the event:
| Visits | How many attendees have opened your public booth page. |
|---|---|
| Video views | How many chose to play your booth video. |
| Downloads | How many times your resources have been downloaded. |
| Leads | Badges your team has scanned. See π Capturing leads. |
Then, down the page: the AI copilot, the main booth form, and sections for resources, your team, products and leads.
β‘ Everything saves live
π Your booth QR code
Once your booth is published, the portal shows a π Your booth QR code panel. Print it and put it on your table at an in-person event: attendees who scan it land on your booth page, which stamps their event passport β the same credit as finding you online.
β¨ Letting AI draft your booth
Rather than starting from an empty box, paste your company's website address into the dashed box at the top β "β¨ Paste your website URL β we'll draft your booth copy" β and press Draft it. The copilot reads your site and proposes a tagline, a description, and some suggested links.
- Paste your website URL and press Draft it (it shows Reading⦠while it works).
- Read the draft it shows you β tagline, description, suggested links.
- Press Use this to drop it into the booth form, or Discard to ignore it.
- Edit what it wrote. It's a first draft from your marketing site, not finished copy β tighten it, and make it about why an attendee at this event should stop at your booth.
βοΈ The booth form
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Booth name | Your company or product name β the heading on your booth page and your entry in the exhibit hall. |
| Tagline | One line under the name. This is the hook people read while deciding whether to click, so make it concrete. |
| Description | The body copy β the placeholder asks you to "Tell attendees what you doβ¦". A few short paragraphs beats one long one. |
| Logo URL | A link to your logo image, already hosted somewhere. Not an upload. |
| Website URL | Becomes a button on your booth page taking visitors to your site. |
| Video URL (YouTube/Vimeo) | Embeds a video on your booth page. A two-minute demo does more work than another paragraph. |
| Published (visible to attendees) | The on/off switch. Untick it and your booth vanishes from the exhibit hall; tick it and it's live. Leave it unticked while you're still writing if you like β just remember to tick it before doors open. |
Press Save β goes live instantly and you're done.
π Checking your public booth
The green β live at β¦ line at the top of the portal is a link to your actual public booth page. Click it and look at what attendees get: your logo, name, tagline and description, a π¬ Chat with us button, a link to your website, your video, your products and your downloadable resources.
One more thing worth knowing: attendees are nudged to visit every booth by the π passport game β opening your booth page stamps their passport, and completing the set often earns a prize draw entry. So you will get traffic; what turns that traffic into a conversation is the next page, π¦ Products, resources & your team.
