๐Ÿ“… Agenda & My Schedule

Read the agenda by day and track, star what you want to attend, and save a seat where seats are limited.

๐Ÿ“… Reading the agenda

๐Ÿ“… Agenda in the event nav lists every visible session, grouped under a heading per day ("Saturday, March 14") and ordered by start time. All times are shown in the event's timezone, not your device's โ€” so an agenda doesn't shift under you when you travel.

Each row carries the start time, the title, and a line of detail underneath:

RoomWhere it happens, when the event uses named rooms.
Formatlive, ๐ŸŽฅ on demand, ๐Ÿ› in person or ๐Ÿ”— external โ€” see the table below.
๐Ÿช‘ SeatsOnly on capacity-limited sessions: 12 seats left, or full in red.
Track pillsColored labels for the event's tracks โ€” the themed strands you can follow.
โญMarks a keynote. Keynote rows also get a warm highlight.

Breaks โ€” lunch, coffee, the evening reception โ€” aren't cards. They appear as a plain centered line between sessions, with the time.

๐ŸŽฌ Session formats

LabelWhat to expect
liveA Zoom meeting or webinar. The session page has a join button that turns green โ€” ๐Ÿ”ด Join live now โ€” when it starts.
๐ŸŽฅ on demandA pre-recorded video. If it has a scheduled time it premieres then, playing in sync for everyone; afterwards it's freely watchable. See ๐ŸŽฌ In a session.
๐Ÿ› in personRoom-only. Nothing to join online โ€” turn up.
๐Ÿ”— externalHosted somewhere else. The session page has a link out to it.

โ˜… Building My Schedule

Every session row has a โ˜… on the right. Tap it to add the session to your personal schedule; tap again to drop it. The star turns amber when it's in. At the top of the page, โ˜… My Schedule (7) filters the agenda down to just your picks, and All sessions switches back.

โ„น๏ธ Note
Starring needs you signed in โ€” the first tap sends you to the sign-in page and brings you straight back. At events running the games, adding sessions to your schedule earns points.

You can do the same from a session's own page, where the button reads โ˜† Add to My Schedule / โ˜… In My Schedule.

๐Ÿช‘ Saving a seat

Workshops and other limited-capacity sessions are more than bookmarks โ€” starring one reserves a seat. On those, the button reads ๐Ÿช‘ Save a seat and becomes โœ“ Seat reserved, and the header tells you 8 of 30 seats left.

Two rules apply to reserved seats, and only to those:

  • No double-booking. You can hold only one reserved seat at any given time. Try to reserve a second overlapping one and you're told "You already have a reserved seat in another session at this time" โ€” release the first if you'd rather do the second.
  • Full means full. When the last seat goes, the button reads Session full and stops working. If someone pipped you as you tapped, you'll see "this session filled up before your seat was saved".
๐Ÿ’ก Tip
Sessions without a capacity limit have neither restriction โ€” star as many overlapping talks as you like and decide on the day.

๐Ÿ“† Getting it into your calendar

Two options, depending on whether you want one session or all of them:

One sessionThe ๐Ÿ“… .ics button on a session page downloads that single event for your calendar.
Everything you starred๐Ÿ“… Calendar feed at the top of the agenda (visible once you're signed in) is a personal subscription URL. Add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook as a subscribed calendar and your starred sessions appear there โ€” and keep updating as you star more or the organizers move things.
โš ๏ธ Heads up
Your calendar feed link is personal and unguessable โ€” it's how the calendar app identifies you without signing in. Treat it like a password and don't publish it.
