🎬 In a session: Q&A, polls, ratings & video
Everything on a session page — asking questions, voting in polls, rating the talk and watching the video.
Clicking a session title anywhere — the agenda, the video library, a speaker's page — brings you to that session's own page. It's the room: the video or join button, the abstract, the Q&A, the polls, the rating form and the speaker bios, all on one page.
🧭 What's on the page

▶️ Joining and watching
What the main button does depends on the session format:

After a live session has finished, if the organizers published the recording you get a teal ▶ Watch recording button on the same page.
🎟 Video is for ticket holders
If you do have a ticket and still see that card, you are almost certainly signed out, or signed in with a different email address from the one you bought with. Sign in with the purchase address. If you were given a seat from a group order, check you actually claimed it — an unclaimed seat grants no access. Speakers, moderators and organizers can always watch.
🔴 Scheduled premieres (semi-live)
Some pre-recorded sessions are scheduled to play "as live", so an online audience watches together and the speaker can take questions in real time. The page behaves in three phases:

| During | A ● LIVE badge and the player pinned to the live edge, with "Playing in sync for everyone — scrubbing unlocks when the session ends". Skip forward and it snaps you back; join late and you arrive at the moment everyone else is at. |
| After | "This session has ended — watch on demand", and the video becomes a normal one you can scrub freely. |
❓ Q&A
Type into "Ask the speakers a question…" and press Ask. Questions appear in a list sorted by votes, so the ones the room most wants answered rise to the top. Press ▲ next to a question to upvote it — one vote each, and the button locks in green once you've used it. When a speaker deals with a question it's marked ✓ answered.
Tick Ask anonymously before submitting and your question shows as Anonymous instead of your display name.
There's also a 🖥 Projector view link — a clean, big-text version of the question queue meant for the screen behind the speaker. Useful to know it exists; it's the organizers' and moderators' tool, not something you need.
📊 Live polls
When a speaker opens a poll it appears in a Polls section above the Q&A. Click the option you want. Once you've answered — or once the poll closes — you see the results as bars with percentages, your own pick marked. One answer per person, and you can't change it, so read the options first.
⭐ Rating the session
From the session's start time onward, a Rate this session box appears: one to five stars plus an optional comment ("Anything the speaker or organizers should know?"). You get ✓ Thanks for the feedback! when it saves, and you can come back and change your rating later. Ratings feed the organizers' reports and the speaker's own numbers.
🎥 The video library
🎥 Videos in the nav collects everything watchable in one grid — session recordings and on-demand talks together, with a count at the top ("18 watchable sessions"). Each card shows the title, the speakers, and either ▶ Watch now or, for a premiere that hasn't happened yet, ⏳ Premieres Mar 14, 2:00 PM. Clicking a card opens the session page.
Early on it will say "Nothing to watch yet — recordings appear here after sessions run." Recordings publish themselves once the organizers' Zoom recording has been processed, so give it a while after a session ends. The same ticket gate applies here as on individual sessions.
